Using an oil separator to separate a waste water mixture

The waste water is collected by the tank trucks from the oil separators of industrial companies, gas stations and washing plants. These oil-water emulsions are separated into their individual parts by means of a patented method. For an effective separation of a waste water mixture, it is essential to maintain a defined pH value.

This is realized by using measuring and control equipment from Lutz-Jesco. By means of two-way control, Lutz-Jesco dosing pumps can ensure that the pH value remains constant. The set parameters and the measured values are recorded by a thermal printer as a proof for the supervisory authorities.
